Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Amoako Boafo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hands Up in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 26,650,000.00 (€ 3,018,669.38).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 163.800,00 (€ 186.354,14) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 37%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Amoako Boafo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hands Up im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 26.650.000,00 (€ 3.018.669,38).
