Auction result misses estimated price range
In March last year a collector was able to acquire the work Picnic in the Park by Allison Zuckerman for USD 47,880.00 (€ 43,162.35). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Allison Zuckerman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Woodland Muse in October 2021 with an auction result of USD 250,000.00 (€ 216,412.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Picnic in the Park von Allison Zuckerman für USD 47.880,00 (€ 43.162,35) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Allison Zuckerman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Woodland Muse im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 250.000,00 (€ 216.412,74).
