Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Aligi Sassu achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in May last year. In the Arte moderna e contemporanea auction, the work Mary sold for EUR 4,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aligi Sassu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gli alfieri in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 68,150,000.00 (€ 58,447.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Aligi Sassu erzielte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Mary für EUR 4.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aligi Sassu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Gli alfieri im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 68.150.000,00 (€ 58.447,68).
