Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Profilo di ragazzo by Aligi Sassu was sold in the Moderrn and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May 2013. The price achieved of EUR 240.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aligi Sassu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gli alfieri in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 68,150,000.00 (€ 58,447.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Profilo di ragazzo von Aligi Sassu wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion Moderrn and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 240,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aligi Sassu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Gli alfieri im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 68.150.000,00 (€ 58.447,68).
