Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Alice Rahon was auctioned at Christies in New York in March this year. It changed hands for a price of USD 6,930.00 (€ 6,374.17) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alice Rahon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Los Cuatro Hijos Del Arco Iris in June 2020 with an auction result of USD 512,000.00 (€ 455,881.04).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Alice Rahon kam im März diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 6.930,00 (€ 6.374,17) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alice Rahon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Los Cuatro Hijos Del Arco Iris im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 512.000,00 (€ 455.881,04).
