Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Expectation by Alfredo Ramos Martínez was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in July 2020. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 16,250.00 (€ 13,801.60). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfredo Ramos Martínez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowers of Mexico in June 2007 with an auction result of USD 4,072,000.00 (€ 3,011,834.32).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Expectation von Alfredo Ramos Martínez kam im Juli 2020 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 16.250,00 (€ 13.801,60) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfredo Ramos Martínez erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flowers of Mexico im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 4.072.000,00 (€ 3.011.834,32).
