The work Sexual Rapport: Yes/No/Maybe by Alexis Hunter was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in London in April 2013. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,800.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Sexual Rapport: Yes/No/Maybe is the most expensive artwork by Alexis Hunter that we have observed at auctions so far.
