Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Melons, grapes, peaches and corn with a snake, in a landscape by Alexander Coosemans was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2018. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 16,818.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexander Coosemans have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composition À La Corbeille De Fruits, Au Homard Et À La Bouteille En Faïence De Delft in June 2012 with an auction result of EUR 75,787.00.

Die Arbeit Melons, grapes, peaches and corn with a snake, in a landscape von Alexander Coosemans kam im Juli 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 16.818,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexander Coosemans auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composition À La Corbeille De Fruits, Au Homard Et À La Bouteille En Faïence De Delft im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 75.787,00.
