The work Bayezid I by Aldo Mondino was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in June 2019. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 6,000.00 71% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aldo Mondino achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tappeti stesi in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,528.79).

Die Arbeit Bayezid I von Aldo Mondino wurde im Juni 2019 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.000,00 und damit 71% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aldo Mondino erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tappeti stesi im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 77.528,79).
