The work Landschaft III by Albrecht Schnider was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March 2015. It achieved a price of USD 10,625.00 (€ 9,892.00), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 52%. Admittedly, works by Albrecht Schnider have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ohne Titel (Köpfe) in June 2020 with an auction result of EUR 59,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 52 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landschaft III von Albrecht Schnider kam im März 2015 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 9.892,00) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 52%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Albrecht Schnider auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ohne Titel (Köpfe) im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 59.500,00.
