Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans titre by Agustín Cárdenas was sold in the Art Moderne auction at Christies in Skinner Marlborough, Mass in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 56,700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Agustín Cárdenas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le repos in October 2020 with an auction result of EUR 620,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans titre von Agustín Cárdenas wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Art Moderne bei Christies in Skinner Marlborough, Mass versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 56.700,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Agustín Cárdenas erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le repos im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 620.000,00.
