Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Afshin Pirhashemi could be acquired at Bonhams in London in June 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the MiddleEast London to Dubai Online Sale auction, this work without title changed hands for GBP 5,062.50 (€ 5,691.00) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Afshin Pirhashemi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seduction in October 2010 with an auction result of USD 518,500.00 (€ 373,182.67).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Afshin Pirhashemi konnte im Juni 2019 bei Bonhams in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion MiddleEast London to Dubai Online Sale wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 5.062,50 (€ 5.691,00) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Afshin Pirhashemi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seduction im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 518.500,00 (€ 373.182,67).
