Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2012 Christies in Dubai held the auction Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish Art Part II, which included the work 13 by Afshin Pirhashemi. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 31,250.00 (€ 23,622.34). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Afshin Pirhashemi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seduction in October 2010 with an auction result of USD 518,500.00 (€ 373,182.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2012 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish Art Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit 13 von Afshin Pirhashemi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 31.250,00 (€ 23.622,34) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Afshin Pirhashemi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seduction im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 518.500,00 (€ 373.182,67).
