The work 'Landschap Bij Muggebeet' Overijssel by Arie Zwart was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in September 2007. It achieved a price of EUR 3,250.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63 %. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Arie Zwart; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot A view of the inner harbour, Hoorn sold at auction in January 2002 with the realized price of EUR 5,640.00.

Die Arbeit 'Landschap Bij Muggebeet' Overijssel von Arie Zwart kam im September 2007 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.250,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63 %. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Arie Zwart; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit A view of the inner harbour, Hoorn im Januar 2002 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 5.640,00.
