Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Andechs by Adrian Heath was auctioned at Sothebys in London in September 2020. The price achieved of GBP 12,600.00 (€ 13,893.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adrian Heath achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Painting With Orange And Purple in October last year with an auction result of GBP 163,800.00 (€ 190,825.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Andechs von Adrian Heath kam im September 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.600,00 (€ 13.893,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adrian Heath erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Painting With Orange And Purple im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 163.800,00 (€ 190.825,19).
