This artwork by Adi Nes achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in April 2011. In the Photographs auction, the work Untitled from The Soldiers sold for USD 35,000.00 (€ 23,615.14) - well above the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adi Nes achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in December 2013 with an auction result of USD 377,000.00 (€ 273,604.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 75 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Adi Nes erzielte im April 2011 bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Photographs wurde die Arbeit Untitled from The Soldiers für USD 35.000,00 (€ 23.615,14) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adi Nes erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 377.000,00 (€ 273.604,76).
