Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled, From The Soldiers Series by Adi Nes was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in December 2014. The price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 14,461.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adi Nes achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in December 2013 with an auction result of USD 377,000.00 (€ 273,604.76).

Die Arbeit Untitled, From The Soldiers Series von Adi Nes kam im Dezember 2014 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 14.461,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adi Nes erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 377.000,00 (€ 273.604,76).
