Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Quality in Detail. The Juli and Andrew Wieg Collection, which included the work The ruins of the Castle of Egmond by Abraham Rademaker. The price achieved of GBP 2,268.00 (€ 2,664.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Abraham Rademaker have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View Of Nijmegen, With Boatmen Loading Barges In The Foreground in January 2010 with an auction result of USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,222.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

The Juli and Andrew Wieg Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit The ruins of the Castle of Egmond von Abraham Rademaker zur Versteigerung kam.
