This price was achieved in the auction Old Master Drawings at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Abraham Rademaker have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View Of Nijmegen, With Boatmen Loading Barges In The Foreground in January 2010 with an auction result of USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,222.06).
