Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2013 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale), which included the work Pago-Pago by Latiff Mohidin. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 1,200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 1,230,000.00 (€ 121,977.21). Other works by Latiff Mohidin have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 1,062,500.00 (€ 122,793.85) in April 2015 for the work without title.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2013 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pago-Pago von Latiff Mohidin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 1.200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 1.230.000,00 (€ 121.977,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Latiff Mohidin haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.062.500,00 (€ 122.793,85) im April 2015 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
