Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 13,196.59) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abbott Fuller Graves achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grandmother's Doorway in May 2005 with an auction result of USD 180,000.00 (€ 145,760.79).
