Founded in 2014, Art Market Magazine presents the Gold List for the eighth time, recognizing artists with unique artistic expression for outstanding achievements. The artists are selected by a high-ranking jury, which includes Jörgen Golz, Director of the Discovery Art Fair, and Jacopo Celona, Director of the Biennale di Firenze. Among the artists listed is Igor Eugen Prokop from the Art.Salon artist program. The Hungarian has been honored for the second time since 2022.

Igor Eugen Prokop is an award-winning artist whose work combines his love of nature with specialist knowledge from his studies in biology and philosophy. In multi-layered, mosaic-like paintings, he explores the behavior and misbehavior of humans and what place humans have in the complex system of nature, in which everything is interconnected and influences each other.

»I have been fortunate to witness an array of breathtaking natural phenomena. These natural marvels possess a delicate beauty that captivates the senses. My passion is to rekindle people’s appreciation for the vibrant colors, intricate shapes, graceful movements, and expressive gestures in nature,« says Prokop, explaining the impetus behind his artistic activity. »I aim to convey the urgent message that we must carefully and responsibly preserve our environment, planet, and nature’s precious wonders.«Art.Salon

London, Tate Britain

It was one of the most moving decades in the history of the United Kingdom: the 1980s, characterized by strikes, protests and AIDS. Photographers documented this period and in some cases became political activists themselves through their images. The exhibition The 80s: Photographing Britain opens on November 21 at the Tate Britain in London.

Guido Klumpe

It is in the context of functional architecture in urban spaces that Guido Klumpe finds the motifs that he stages with his camera as the poetry of the profane. His picturesque images unfold an opulent effect with a reduced formal language, showing us the beauty of the moment in the flow of everyday life.
