Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2020 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Auspicious Dragon And Phoenix by Zhu Wenhou. The price achieved of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,217.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 100,000.00. Other works by Zhu Wenhou have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2012 the work Tiger, Elephant, et al. was auctioned for HKD 138,000.00 (€ 13,738.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2020 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Auspicious Dragon And Phoenix von Zhu Wenhou zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.217,26) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Zhu Wenhou konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2012 die Arbeit Tiger, Elephant, et al. für HKD 138.000,00 (€ 13.738,23) versteigert.
