Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calligraphic Couplets by Zheng Xie was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. It achieved a price of HKD 48,000.00 (€ 5,989.41), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zheng Xie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bamboo And Rock in September 2014 with an auction result of USD 2,629,000.00 (€ 2,081,881.53).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphic Couplets von Zheng Xie kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 48.000,00 (€ 5.989,41) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zheng Xie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bamboo And Rock im September 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.629.000,00 (€ 2.081.881,53).
