Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2007 Phillips in London held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Flower by Zhao Bandi. It changed hands for a price of GBP 14,400.00 (€ 21,368.88) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Bandi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pink Kiss in June 2014 with an auction result of CNY 5,192,000.00 (€ 611,358.95).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2007 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flower von Zhao Bandi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 14.400,00 (€ 21.368,88) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Bandi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pink Kiss im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 5.192.000,00 (€ 611.358,95).
