A top price for Zhang Shen
This artwork by Zhang Shen achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2018. In the Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Landscape Of Mountain Lu sold for HKD 318,600.00 (€ 33,617.39) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00. This high result makes Landscape Of Mountain Lu the most expensive artwork by Zhang Shen that we have observed at auctions so far.
