Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Flowers by Zhang Shen was sold in the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2007. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 66,000.00 (€ 6,284.55). Admittedly, works by Zhang Shen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape Of Mountain Lu in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 318,600.00 (€ 33,617.39).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Flowers von Zhang Shen wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 66.000,00 (€ 6.284,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Shen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape Of Mountain Lu im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 318.600,00 (€ 33.617,39).
