Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flowers by Zhang Shen was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2012. It changed hands for a price of HKD 74,750.00 (€ 7,441.54) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhang Shen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape Of Mountain Lu in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 318,600.00 (€ 33,617.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flowers von Zhang Shen kam im Oktober 2012 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 74.750,00 (€ 7.441,54) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Shen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape Of Mountain Lu im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 318.600,00 (€ 33.617,39).
