Two seals of the artist: Dong Hai Weng, Tian Qu Xuan
Six collectors' seals, including one of Zhang Qun (1889-1990), and one of Hu Huichun (20th century)
Twelve colophons at the end of the scroll including:
one by Wen Zhengming (1470-1559), signed, with two seals; and
one by Yu Youren (1879-1964)
Three collectors' seals on the mounting, including two of Zhang Qun

The work Poems In Running Script Calligraphy by Zhang Bi was sold in the FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2005. It achieved a price of HKD 780,000.00 (€ 85,343.51), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 30%. Admittedly, works by Zhang Bi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Thousand Character Classic In Cursive Script in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 874,000.00 (€ 813,704.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 30 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Poems In Running Script Calligraphy von Zhang Bi wurde im November 2005 in der Auktion FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 780.000,00 (€ 85.343,51) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Bi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Thousand Character Classic In Cursive Script im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 874.000,00 (€ 813.704,50).
