Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Bi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Thousand Character Classic In Cursive Script in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 874,000.00 (€ 813,704.50).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 36.292,37) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Bi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Thousand Character Classic In Cursive Script im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 874.000,00 (€ 813.704,50).
