Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu by Zeng Guoquan was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015. The price achieved of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 4,333.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zeng Guoquan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 200,000.00 (€ 23,114.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu von Zeng Guoquan wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 4.333,90) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zeng Guoquan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 200.000,00 (€ 23.114,14).
