Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Zaha Hadid could be acquired at Sothebys in London in December 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Hoarder Sale auction, the work Glasgow Transport Museum changed hands for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,386.77) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zaha Hadid achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Liquid Glacial Colour Coffee Table in December 2018 with an auction result of USD 300,000.00 (€ 261,871.51).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zaha Hadid konnte im Dezember 2019 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The Hoarder Sale wechselte die Arbeit Glasgow Transport Museum für GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.386,77) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zaha Hadid erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Liquid Glacial Colour Coffee Table im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 300.000,00 (€ 261.871,51).
