The work Dawn by Zadok Ben-David was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May last year. It achieved a price of GBP 20,160.00 (€ 23,716.32), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 68%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zadok Ben-David - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Zig Zag Man, which sold at auction in May 2013 for USD 87,500.00 (€ 67,369.88).

Die Arbeit Dawn von Zadok Ben-David kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 20.160,00 (€ 23.716,32) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68%. Für andere Arbeiten von Zadok Ben-David mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Zig Zag Man beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für USD 87.500,00 (€ 67.369,88) versteigert wurde.
