Auction result well in line with expectations
The work White Lilac by Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 138,600.00 (€ 162,729.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work First Of May Celebration, 1950 in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 1,538,500.00 (€ 1,180,193.31).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit White Lilac von Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 138.600,00 (€ 162.729,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden.
