Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2018. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work The Sculptor'S Studio sold for GBP 81,250.00 (€ 91,826.35) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work First Of May Celebration, 1950 in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 1,538,500.00 (€ 1,180,193.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov erzielte im Juni 2018 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit The Sculptor'S Studio für GBP 81.250,00 (€ 91.826,35) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 35.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit First Of May Celebration, 1950 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.538.500,00 (€ 1.180.193,31).
