Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait Of Tatiana Samoilova In The Role Of Anna Karenina by Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov was sold in the Important Russian Art auction at Sothebys in London in June 2011. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 150,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 169,250.00 (€ 187,243.67). Admittedly, works by Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work First Of May Celebration, 1950 in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 1,538,500.00 (€ 1,180,193.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of Tatiana Samoilova In The Role Of Anna Karenina von Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov wurde im Juni 2011 in der Auktion Important Russian Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 150.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 169.250,00 (€ 187.243,67) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yuri Ivanovich Pimenov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit First Of May Celebration, 1950 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.538.500,00 (€ 1.180.193,31).
