Auction result well in line with expectations
The work (I) Cow-God (Ii) Men Goz by Yuree Kensaku was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 25,000.00 (€ 2,941.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yuree Kensaku - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Baby Don'T Cry, which sold at auction in October 2015 for HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,762.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit (I) Cow-God (Ii) Men Goz von Yuree Kensaku kam im Oktober 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 25.000,00 (€ 2.941,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Yuree Kensaku mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Baby Don'T Cry beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.762,00) versteigert wurde.
