A top price for Yuree Kensaku - as previously expected
The work Baby Don'T Cry by Yuree Kensaku was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 70,000.00 – 90,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,762.00) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Baby Don'T Cry is the most expensive artwork by Yuree Kensaku that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Baby Don'T Cry von Yuree Kensaku kam im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 70.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.762,00) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Baby Don'T Cry das teuerste Kunstwerk von Yuree Kensaku, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
