Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Yun Hyong-Keun achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. In the Contemporary Asian Art auction, the work without title sold for HKD 375,000.00 (€ 42,249.37) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 180,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yun Hyong-Keun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Umber-Blue 7-IIII-75 in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 4,600,000.00 (€ 531,674.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Yun Hyong-Keun erzielte im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für HKD 375.000,00 (€ 42.249,37) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 180.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yun Hyong-Keun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Umber-Blue 7-IIII-75 im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.600.000,00 (€ 531.674,90).
