Auction result well in line with expectations
The work WORK 38-1 by Yuko Nasaka was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2016. The price achieved of HKD 575,000.00 (€ 70,067.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 460,000.00 – 660,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yuko Nasaka - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 8 (Infinity) 1964-9, which sold at auction in October 2015 for GBP 128,500.00 (€ 179,739.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit WORK 38-1 von Yuko Nasaka kam im November 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 575.000,00 (€ 70.067,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 460.000,00 – 660.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Yuko Nasaka mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 8 (Infinity) 1964-9 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für GBP 128.500,00 (€ 179.739,40) versteigert wurde.
