Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Infinity by Yuko Nasaka was sold in the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2015. It changed hands for a price of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 61,067.98) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 350,000.00 – 550,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yuko Nasaka - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 8 (Infinity) 1964-9, which sold at auction in October 2015 for GBP 128,500.00 (€ 179,739.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Infinity von Yuko Nasaka wurde im November 2015 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 61.067,98) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 350.000,00 – 550.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Yuko Nasaka mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 8 (Infinity) 1964-9 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für GBP 128.500,00 (€ 179.739,40) versteigert wurde.
