In April 2018 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Work by Yuko Nasaka. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 750,000.00 (€ 79,136.99), 50% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yuko Nasaka - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 8 (Infinity) 1964-9, which sold at auction in October 2015 for GBP 128,500.00 (€ 179,739.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Im April 2018 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Work von Yuko Nasaka zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 750.000,00 (€ 79.136,99) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Yuko Nasaka mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 8 (Infinity) 1964-9 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für GBP 128.500,00 (€ 179.739,40) versteigert wurde.
