A top price for Yuan Jai
This artwork by Yuan Jai achieved an unexpectedly high price at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work My Dining Table sold for HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 2,695,956.52) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 1,200,000.00. This high result makes My Dining Table the most expensive artwork by Yuan Jai that we have observed at auctions so far.
