Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Curio Tetraptych by Yuan Jai was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in October this year. The price achieved of HKD 2,160,000.00 (€ 261,211.20) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,800,000.00 – 2,800,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yuan Jai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work My Dining Table in April this year with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 2,695,956.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Curio Tetraptych von Yuan Jai kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 2.160.000,00 (€ 261.211,20) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.800.000,00 – 2.800.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yuan Jai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit My Dining Table im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 2.695.956,52).
