The work Glimmering Pavilion By Pine Trees by Yu Zicai was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. It achieved a price of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 21,112.78), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yu Zicai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunrise At Alishan in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 3,220,000.00 (€ 380,075.26).

Die Arbeit Glimmering Pavilion By Pine Trees von Yu Zicai wurde im Oktober 2018 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 21.112,78) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yu Zicai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sunrise At Alishan im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.220.000,00 (€ 380.075,26).
