Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2015 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Three Roosters by Yu Yuan. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 56,250.00 (€ 6,870.15). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yu Yuan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hundred Birds Obeisance'S To The Phoenixs in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,562,500.00 (€ 171,192.88).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2015 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three Roosters von Yu Yuan zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 56.250,00 (€ 6.870,15) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yu Yuan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hundred Birds Obeisance'S To The Phoenixs im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.562.500,00 (€ 171.192,88).
