Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Routine - Undressing by Yu Hong was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2008. It achieved a price of HKD 727,500.00 (€ 59,892.51), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 21%. Admittedly, works by Yu Hong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait With Alternating Red And Green in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 5,060,000.00 (€ 439,732.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Routine - Undressing von Yu Hong wurde im Mai 2008 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 727.500,00 (€ 59.892,51) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 21%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yu Hong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait With Alternating Red And Green im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.060.000,00 (€ 439.732,81).
