This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by You Qiu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lohans Crossing The Sea in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 346,000.00 (€ 307,883.97).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von You Qiu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lohans Crossing The Sea im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 346.000,00 (€ 307.883,97).
