Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Immortal Landscape by You Qiu was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. The price achieved of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,260.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by You Qiu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lohans Crossing The Sea in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 346,000.00 (€ 307,883.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Immortal Landscape von You Qiu kam im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.260,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von You Qiu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lohans Crossing The Sea im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 346.000,00 (€ 307.883,97).
