Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lady In Bamboo Forest by Ying Yeping was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2014. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 5,812.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ying Yeping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wuyi Mountains in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 990,000.00 (€ 98,176.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lady In Bamboo Forest von Ying Yeping wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 5.812,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ying Yeping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wuyi Mountains im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 990.000,00 (€ 98.176,78).
